LoopFest X


which will take place at Northwestern University in Evanston, IL, right next door to beautiful Chicago.


May 12-14, 2011


The format will be three days of plenary talks held at the Hilton Garden Inn in downtown Evanston. The conference is preceded by the Pheno 11 Symposium on May 9-11.

The LoopFest series of workshops aims to provide a forum to coordinate activities focused on the theoretical challenges from the LHC and from the ultra-high experimental precision of a future ILC.  LoopFest X is sponsored by the HEP division of Argonne National Laboratory and Northwestern University.

In order to participate in LoopFest X, please register at the conference web site. The registration fee of $100 covers breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks for the three days of the meeting, in addition to the conference dinner.  The fee can be paid on-line.  If you would like to give a presentation, please send an email to one of the organizers.

 

A block of rooms at the preferred rate of $139 (+13.5% tax) has been made available at the Hilton Garden Inn in downtown Evanston. This rate is available until April 12, 2010; mention "LoopFest" to receive this rate. Reservations can be made by calling 847-475-6400. Please visit the conference web site for more information on housing, registration and travel. The site will be updated as the conference approaches.

 

Your expertise is extremely important to meet the theoretical challenges posed by experiments at the LHC and ILC. We hope you will be able to attend and are looking forward to your reply.
